King size beds are expensive than queen size beds because of width and size, more raw materials are used to manufacture king size.
The main reason behind the difference is the price of a queen size bed is comparatively lower, the area acquired is less and can fit in the normal bedroom, on the other hand, king size bed needs a master bedroom to accommodate.
